मेरे महामंत्री एवं अध्यक्षीय काल मे कायस्थ पाठशाला मुख्यालय मे उपलब्ध अभिलेखो के आधार पर मै निम्न आख्या दे रहा हूँ।और इससे सम्बंधित यदि किसी को साक्ष्य देखना हो तो वह मेरे पास उपलब्ध हैं और यदि कोई त्रुटि हो तो उसका स्वागत है। जिससे कि आख्या मे उचित सशोंधन किया जा सके।

1÷मै आपका ध्यान न्यायमूर्ति शंकर शरण जी के उस बयान की की आकर्षित करना चाहता हु जो कायस्थ समाचार मे निम्न प्रकार से प्रकाशित हुई थी। "There has been prolonged and betterly fought litigation. ..................when he won in the privy council, the estate was handed back to us .this was in the year 1937. Now the question we trustees have consider is whether thakur Vishwanath singh and Thakur Shiv nath singh or one of them, having challenged the suit and fought every inch of ground should be elected by us to take over the trust estate and manage it for us. The trust deed gives the preference over stranger and relation of chaudhary saheb for appointment as member- in-charge. But having involved the pathshala in enormous worry and expense over a protracted litigation costing us a very large of sum of money -in which we had to beg every pie for the litigation -do they deserves our confidence........ I look back in anguish at the way the community had to suffer during the day of litigation. What if we have any misunderstanding with these gentlemen in the future ? is the handing over the Estate to these very gentlemen who dragged us up to the privy council, *to advantage of the trust'? *" let the trustees think furiously and dispassionately. We are answerable to the community. let us not fail our brothren and be untrue to our trust
